Policies

50% deposit is nonrefundable.
If canceled within 20 days, 60% of all items will be charged.
If canceled within 10 days of the event, 75% of all items will be charged.
If canceled less than 72 hours prior to the event, 100% of all items will be charged.

It is the client's responsibility to check the event location's specifications and notify our office, prior to deliver/pickup. Common requirements to check for:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Delivery day of event
- Pickup day of event

We require a valid Driver’s License or ID of the person picking up.
Weekend Events:
- Pick up - Friday prior to your Event between 9am-3pm.
- Drop off - Monday after your Event between 9am-3pm.
Weekday Events
- We will call or email the Monday before your Event to arrange the pick up and drop off times.
Late fees will apply to late pick ups and drop offs.

We DO NOT deliver to public parks. If we find out after reservation that it is a public park, the order will be canceled.
Delivery typically occurs 1-3 days before the event, depending on the size and type of event.
Requests for specific delivery days/times are welcome, though additional charges may apply.
We aim to accommodate delivery location time constraints wherever possible.
For any delivery questions, feel free to contact us; please note that for future dates, only an estimated delivery day can be provided initially.

Equipment exposed to rain/weather and showing excessive wear is beyond normal wear and tear.
The client is responsible for all weather-related risks associated with outdoor events.
We will attempt to minimize weather risks but is not responsible for equipment damage due to uncontrollable factors like high wind, snow, rain, flooding, extreme temperatures, etc.
Regardless of measures taken by us, the client is liable for full payment of all charges if equipment becomes unusable due to weather or other uncontrollable factors.
