  • The normal delivery charge is to the ground floor level only. Upon delivery, all rental equipment, such as tables and chairs, will be neatly stacked in the designated area. Set-up and take-down services are available at an additional charge and must be arranged in advance. Please let us know your requirements during the booking process, and we'll provide a quote accordingly.

  • Party rental rates are based on a single-day event and generally allow for pick-up/drop-off one day prior to the event and return the day following the event. If you have specific timing needs, please discuss them during the follow-up process, and we'll work to accommodate your schedule.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental order, and this amount will contribute towards the total cost of your order.
