  • Yes, we offer delivery services. Delivery costs vary based on the distance and the size of the order. You can include delivery preferences in your quote, and we'll confirm the costs during the follow-up discussion.

  • Changes to your order can be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications.

  • We understand that accidents can happen. A reasonable fee may be applied for damages. For more details, refer to our Rental Agreement or contact us directly during the follow-up process.

  • The normal delivery charge is to the ground floor level only. Upon delivery, all rental equipment, such as tables and chairs, will be neatly stacked in the designated area. Set-up and take-down services are available at an additional charge and must be arranged in advance. Please let us know your requirements during the booking process, and we'll provide a quote accordingly.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay International, making it convenient for you to complete your transaction securely.

  • We recommend booking your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental order, and this amount will contribute towards the total cost of your order.
